1. Services Provided
Our comprehensive garden maintenance services include:
- Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Pruning: Trimming of shrubs, trees, and hedges.
- Weeding: Removal of unwanted plants from garden beds.
- Planting: Installation of new plants, flowers, and trees.
- Irrigation: Maintenance of watering systems to ensure optimal plant health.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide clear access to the property during scheduled service times.
- Communicate any specific requirements or preferences regarding garden maintenance.
- Ensure that any necessary permissions or consents for property access are obtained.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for services are structured as follows:
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon booking.
- Balance: The remaining 70% is due upon completion of the service.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards.
All payments must be completed within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Service Scheduling and Cancellations
To ensure smooth operations, please adhere to the following scheduling policies:
- Scheduling: Services are scheduled based on availability and client preferences.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Rescheduling: We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. Liability Limitations
While we take utmost care in performing our services, Garden Maintenance Hayes is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property or plants.
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events beyond our control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Clients are encouraged to discuss any specific concerns prior to commencing services.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
- Mutual Agreement: Both parties agree to end the contract.
- Breach of Terms: Violation of the agreed terms may result in termination.
- Notice Period: A 30-day notice is required for termination without cause.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, clients must settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Garden Maintenance Hayes reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hayes. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hayes courts.
